HELLO EVERYONE! So I know I am a new missionary,
and I have only been here 7 days. BUT THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER! For those
who don’t know, I got moved to the Provo MTC due to a visa conflict. BUT it has
been such a blessing!! I am in class 12 hours a day, learning a language that
has some parts that make total sense and other parts that make as much sense as
this year’s election, and have had some of the best devotionals I have heard in
my life!
For being here only 6 days, I feel like I have
learned so much Spanish that I started having dreams in Spanish
already....which is AWESOME! Through the devotionals, class, and personal study
I have learned so much about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and can not wait to go
deliver the message of the restored gospel to the people of Ecuador!
SO my first week has been amazing! My companion's
name is Elder Kaden Stout! He and I get along so well! It has been so much fun
leaving in a dorm, going to devotionals, and having 12 hours of class a day!
And I mean all of it. It has been so much fun here. I have learned so much
Spanish that I feel like I could leave the MTC now and go start teaching the
people! Thank you for all of the Dear Elder Letter! They are so much more fun
to get than I first though! Thank you dad of the line of authority! So far
there hasn't been anything two crazy going on. We wake up at 6:30. Go to class
for an hour. then breakfast for 30 min. Then go to class for 3 hours. Then
lunch for 40 min. Then class for 4 hours. Then we go to dinner for 45 min. and
then class for 5.5 hours. It is crazy fun! The other members of the district I
am in are so nice! I love them all! The language is coming along very well, a
lot better than I thought it would.
I love this gospel. I knew that before I came here,
but I have not felt the truth of that more than being here. Do you want to know
the best part? I STILL HAVE 5 MORE WEEK HERE! Thank you all for the support you
give me! I love you all!
