So not to just say what I said last week, BUT I LOVE THIS
PLACE! This past week has been so incredible! I have seen a few of my friends
on their missions too! I have seen Elder Taylor Murdoch, Elder Zach Davis,
Elder Bridger Walker, and Hermana Deacon! It was so incredible seeing some of
my friends in the MTC!
ALSO!
I had the opportunity so give a talk in Spanish to my MTC Branch! It was only a short 4-minute talk but the Spanish part was stressing me out! But what made me even more nervous was when I looked in the back of the chapel and I saw the director of the High school I attended, Matthew Bertasso, sitting with his family! So there was a lot of stress on my little 4-minute talk!
I have had such a good time in the MTC. My companion and I had the opportunity to watch a video by Elder Holland on Sunday and what he said just got burnt into my head! He said, "The adversary can not take a life, he can't do that. However, he can do something almost as bad. Bind your tongue." From that I learned that when ever we feel like we need to say something good to anyone and we don't, it is us allowing the adversary to stop us from being a positive influence in someone’s life.
Thank you all for supporting me! I love you all!
