A Great Week in Ecuador (Perdon los errores)

Thank you all for the birthday emails! This week was so incredible! Elder Golpe and I found 2 new people that want to investigate the church! We feel pretty good about these two because after the first lesson they were eager to church! Their names are Elisabeth and Anthony. Elisabeth has 22 years and Anthony has 17. They went to church with us yesterday and said they loved it. So we gave them each copies of El Libro de Mormón and they were so excited! We also had one of our investigators (Carlos) have an interview for baptism and he is almost ready to get baptized. The final interview for him is Tuesday and we are praying he will be ready for baptism this Saturday! That is the most exciting stuff that happened this week!

This week was great because I really saw the desire for change in our investigators. Honestly it was one of those experiences that seemed too good to be true. When we were explaining the the restoration of the gospel and repentance the light of hope just lit in the eyes of our investigators. I am so thankful for the knowledge that we have about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Plan of Salvation. I know with all of my heart that we can all find peace and comfort in this life through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and through repentance, and I invite everyone to look for opportunities to share your testimony about the Gospel. On Facebook or Twitter or in person with your friends. Because as people with testimonies we have the responsibility to share the truth we know. I am so thankful for my opportunity to be serving my mission and thank you all so much for the support and love you show me. Keep on keeping on! I love you all!
